Leadership is the key to the development of better teamwork. With this in mind Dave's programs focus on such important aspects of developing leaders as: trust, integrity, empowerment, communication skills, the 4 stages of leadership development, changing roles, and many more.

Dave's TEAM In Training workshop improves teamwork through a greater understanding of the relationship between leadership and teamwork. In doing so an emphasis is placed on cultivating "self-authorized leadership" and "accountable followership".
